Disney Memories #2

We spent our second day at The Animal Kingdom.  This was definitely one of my favorite days.  We started off the day on the safari ride.  I absolutely loved this.  We saw so many different wild animals - in natural looking habitats.  We actually ending up taking the drive again later in the day.  This is the big truck we rode and here are a few of the animals we saw throughout the ride:

Obviously the girls were most excited about meeting princesses while at Disney.  At the Animal Kingdom they were able to meet up with Pocahontas.

It's hard to see this in detail in a picture. . . .but this tree has many different carvings on it - SO fascinating!

 Mid-afternoon we stopped to watch the parade.   It's hard to describe the joy as a parent watching your kids' faces during something like this - very precious memories.   Here are Hannah and Megan waving to Mickey as he rode by on a float.

Late in the day we finally met up with Eeyore, Tigger & Pooh.  These were Zach's favorites. :)
