This past Saturday our youth group hosted our annual church-wide rummage sale to collect money for our future ministry trips. It's one of the most labor-intensive weekends of the year for Craig and I, but it's also one of my most favorite activities of the year. It's SO exciting for us to watch God turn so much "junk" into resources that can be used to Lord-willing change the lives of students in our youth ministry. We were extra thankful this year for our new facility - including this gym which was the perfect size for the sale.

Each year we also do a Bake Sale. . . unfortunately the picture does not do justice to all the delicious baked goods on this table!

Most of the students spent the day washing cars. God gave us BEAUTIFUL April weather - sunny and 70 degrees. We truly praise God for a great day!

Hmmm...that looks like it could rival Grandma Petersen's "rummage" sale for her 90th birthday! Of course, that stuff wasn't "rummage" - it was all totally useful, valuable stuff!! :)
Love, Dianne
