Zachary turns 3!

Zachary turned 3 on September 29.  For a multitude of reasons, our little guy had to be a little flexible with his birthday celebration this year.  Actually, I think he ended up doing pretty well with 3 different parties and a birthday congratulation from an airplane pilot!

 We celebrated Zach's birthday about a month early with the Perry side of the family.  He was excited to get a toolbox.

 Then we celebrated his birthday again with Grandma & Grandpa Petersen when they were in town for Megan's birthday.   Footballs were definitely a highlight that evening.

 Zachary's actual birthday was spent flying home from Bulgaria.  He got up at 2AM that day and with the time difference had 7 extra hours in his day!  Miss Lacey, one of his best friends, made sure he had some gifts to open on the long flight home.  The pilot even sent birthday congratulations to him over the loud speaker on the plane.

Then finally just last week we celebrated his birthday here at home with some simple cupcakes and some  Rescue Hero toys.  We love you, Zachary!
