Our New Tradition

Finally this year we continued a tradition that Craig and I started during our early married years. . . cutting down our Christmas tree. Since the year Karisa was born, we have bought pre-cut trees. . . mostly from Lowe's. . . and they have served us quite well. But we have been eager to take the kids out to cut down our tree, and this year was the year to begin! The girls enjoyed the wagon ride much more than the actual searching for the perfect tree (Craig and I are pretty picky about our trees!), but all-in-all it was a fun family activity which we hope to turn into a tradition each year.

Finally. . . we found our tree! Here is Megan "helping" Daddy cut down our tree.
