What a fun holiday weekend we have had. Friday evening we watched fireworks with some of our friends over in the Village of Ada. Karisa and Hannah enjoyed the sparklers while we waited.
Megan was excited to sit in the little chair as she patiently waited for the fireworks.
Then Saturday morning we watched the Ada Parade - a pretty small parade, but with lots of candy. :) That made the girls happy. They all sat in their chairs waiting for the parade to begin, but once it began Karisa and Hannah were busy running around collecting candy most of the time!
Then after the parade Ada Village hosts a free carnival. The inflatables were a big hit with Karisa and Hannah.

Well, sure, but was it as much fun as having Uncle David almost take your heads off with fireworks?? :)
